Download the PDF brochure On July 18, 2007 The MEMA board has received a letter of resignation from 2nd Vice President Jack Messer. Jack has taken a new job as the director of CCE 911. Jack has been a very hard working, dedicated, Professional Emergency Manager, and friend to all MEMA members and will be missed by the Board. 3rd Vice President Roger Garner – Midland County will be assuming the duties of the 2nd Vice President, following the MEMA bylaws. The board will be taking letters of interest to fill the remaining term of the vacant - 3rd Vice President position. Please send letters of interest to jvanbendegom@fveng.com by August 10, 2007. Frank Coutts the long serving MEMA 2-N District Liaison has been replaced by Peter Locke from Macomb County Emergency Management.
