Jerry McCoy has served as the Emergency Manager for Montcalm County for over 26 years, and received the Professional Emergency Manager of the Year Award in 2007.  He was MEMA’s Secretary for four years, and received the President’s Award twice for his service to MEMA.  He was elected to the position of Treasurer in October of 2007.  McCoy has also been recognized by MEMA for Local Coordinator of the Year, Response of the Year, Mitigation of the Year, and Recovery of the Year (twice).
