Gregory S.Ginebaugh is a Captain/EMT-S serving the City of Kentwood Fire Department for the past 25 years. Gregg is a Professional Emergency Manager (PEM), Hazardous Material Specialist and Hazardous Materials Branch/Safety Officer, an instructor with the Michigan State Police Emergency Management Homeland Security Training Center, the Center for Domestic Preparedness/Office of Grants and Training and the Michigan Fire Fighters Training Council. He is also the coordinator of the TRI-COM Hazardous Materials Emergency Response Team and a Safety Officer for RRT-61 based out of Grand Rapids.
